A medically managed pituitary tumour and ovarian tumours in a young female

Anterior pituitary hyperplasia is known to occur with primary hypothyroidism mimicing a pituitary tumour. Massive ovarian enlargement is sometimes associated with juvenile primary hypothyroidism but rarely reported in adults.
